One on One Child Welfare or DEI Consulting

This service is for individuals who want to have a preliminary discussion to examine the groundwork, develop a coaching plan specific to their individual capabilities, or simply need a partner in accountability.

I'll work with you to create your initial plan, which can involve a self-evaluation, resources and training, as well as helping you set goals to create a plan you can present to your team to begin the capacity-building process.

This may also involve ongoing coaching, accountability check-ins, and data collection to determine whether your strategy is effective for you and what adjustments might be necessary.

Team Child Welfare or DEI Consulting

This is for those who would like to have help facilitating difficult talks as a team, build capacity, examine current policies and practices, or just need to do so.

I will work with you to create your initial plan, which can involve a self-evaluation, supplying materials and training, and assisting you in setting targets to begin the capacity-building process.

This may also involve ongoing coaching, accountability check-ins, and data collection to determine whether your plan is effective for your team and whether any adjustments are required.

Child Welfare or DEI Capacity Building

Building your organization's capacity for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Race Equity, and Child Welfare subjects that incorporate DEI and Race Equity work is known as capacity building.

I can facilitate trainings that are as little as one hour long and as long as a whole day.

This can also look like developing a capacity building plan for you or your team on particular topics such as “How to Start my Anti Racism Journey,” “Race Equity in Child Welfare”, “How to Write a DEI Statement”, or “How to Review and Write Material with a DEI Lens”.

DEI Self Assessments

Together, we will develop a strategy to determine which  assessments for diversity, equity, and inclusion and race equity are appropriate for your business and for you personally.

I have a number of smaller-scale assessments that we can utilize internally to establish our baseline for planning, and I've partnered with a number of different businesses so that we can gather more detailed information about your institution.

Strategic Planning

An organization sets its future vision and identifies its goals and objectives through the process of strategic planning. Establishing the order in which these objectives should be accomplished can help the organization attain its stated vision.

I  will work with you to  examine your needs for your diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy during this series of consulting meetings, and help you will then work with your team to build a plan using the Plan, Do, Check, Act model.

Speaking Engagements

I provide services of speaking at conferences, workshops, or other shared spaces both virtually and in person. This can be as simple as delivering a small masterclass, to being a keynote for a large conference. Request information below for a speaking engagement.
